Adding to, or combining, pre-orders

Unfortunately, Shopify does not allow us to add to or combine preorders once they have been submitted. Here are a couple solutions:

Solution 1:

  • Keep your existing order
  • Create a new order for the components you want to add
  • The new order will ship separately (with a separate shipping charge and timeline)

Solution 2:

  • Cancel your preorder and we will issue you a refund
  • Refunds may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your credit card company
  • Place a new order with the correct items in one shipment
  • This may result in some lost money if there was a currency conversion during your transaction.
  • This may also affect your place in the shipping queue, and may result in you getting your preorder a little later
